Knowledge platform with intelligent search

Important knowledge lived in policies, manuals, past projects and shared drives. Finding the right answer often meant asking the right person.

Keyword search returned documents, not answers — and gave no sense of which source to trust.

We treated this as an information problem first. We worked out which sources were authoritative, how they changed and who should see what.

We then built a retrieval-augmented system that answers questions with citations, respects permissions and makes it easy to check the source.
